Terms of purchase and sale

These terms set out the ordering, payment, delivery and return procedure for products offered in the Valgoma.lt online store. An order is considered placed once the buyer fills in the order form and receives a confirmation. Payment is currently made by invoice or bank transfer. As our products are perishable food items, they cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of poor quality. Complaints are accepted by email at info@valgoma.lt on the day of delivery. Delivery times and prices are stated on the product page and at checkout. If the address or recipient's contact details are incorrect, a repeat delivery will be charged separately.
